Mama Ana was diagnosed with a brain tumor in 2020, requiring two surgeries and a long recovery process.

During this time, returning to work seemed difficult, but her passion for cooking remained a constant source of joy.

She found excitement when discussing the possibility of starting her own food business, and her happiness when receiving compliments on her cooking inspired us to launch El Sazón.
